Rates:
these are shown per person per day and refer to minimum stays of one week. For stays of less than one week, a daily supplement of  5,00 per person will be added to the rates shown.
The rates include electricity, gas, heating, residence tax, parking space (outdoors with a maximum of 2 per apartment), under cover bicycle parking, heated ski and boot room.
We can vary the rates given only if strictly necessary.

Equipment:
the apartments are provided with linen, towels, kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave and TV.
Daily cleaning is not done but for stays of over one week, the linen is changed every week.

Arrival and departure:
on the day of your arrival, your apartment will be free from 3.00 p.m. Please plan your departure so that the apartment is free by 9.00 a.m.
Reservation:
the reservation is considered confirmed after payment of the agreed deposit.
For late arrivals or early departures, we refer to the date of the reservation.
